Shipping Policy

What is the shipment schedule?

All products are usually processed WITHIN 7 to 14 working days (Malaysia) and 14 to 21 working days (outside Malaysia) (excluding weekends and public holiday) upon receipt of orders and payment being processed.

 How do I know if my item has been shipped?

You will be notified via email with the tracking number once your item has been shipped. Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking information to be available.

Where do you deliver your products to?

At present we only deliver our products to Malaysia, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, South Korea, Australia, India, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, Bahrain, Kuwait, Lebanon, Cyprus, Netherlands, France, Germany, Canada, Greece, Spain, South Africa, United States , United Kingdom, Italy, Belgium, Norway, Portugal and Sweden. If you live elsewhere and would like to purchase our product, please email us directly at hello@manjemyra.com with your query.

 What if my parcel is held by customs (for orders outside Malaysia) ?

Please contact your local customs department to query the parcel being held.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any tax or custom fees due to your local customs department when you receive your parcel. Please check if additional charges are applicable before placing any orders.

We are not responsible for parcels that need to be opened by your respective country’s custom department for inspection.

We are not responsible for any damage caused to the product by local postal services or customs departments. We are also unable to provide any replacement of the product if there is any damage during the inspection.

Can I arrange for Self-Pickup?

Unfortunately, we do not have any arrangement for Self-Pick up
