What is the return and refund policy?
All successful orders are not returnable and nor refundable
What should I do if I received a wrong/damaged item?
We would appreciate if you could email us by describing the wrong item or damaged item received. Please include the following in the email:
a) Video of unboxing as a proof of the damaged item
b) Photograph of the product received
c) Your order number/receipt number
d) Your full name and shipping address
We would need you to ship the item back within 5 working days once you have received it.
For you to receive a full refund of the item and shipping cost for wrong/damaged items (as purchased), we will evaluate the item’s condition and will decide on the next action. However, if you have not returned the product within 5 working days of receipt of the delivery, we will not be in a position to consider a refund.
Please be aware that we can only accept returned items only if the item has manufacturing defect or manufacturing damage. The item must not have been used and needs to be in the same condition as when you first received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
What if my item is mishandled by the courier services?
Please be informed that we do not accept returns or refunds for any lost and damaged items due to mishandling by courier services. Claims should be made directly with the courier services liable.
